Well-suited for municipal water intake, agricultural irrigation, industrial wastewater sumps, and wet-well pumping stations.

The expanded hydrodynamic chamber provides an open flow area 1.3 times the 10-inch pipe diameter, reducing suction turbulence and pump power draw.

Heavy-duty SS304 springs assist in rapid disc closure-estimated at 0.3 seconds under standard conditions-stopping backflow early to minimize water hammer.

The heavy-gauge SS304 screen boasts an open perforation area 3 times the valve seat area for clog-free suction in water and sewage setups.

Vulcanized resilient rubber seats meet API 598 Rate A bubble-tight standards within the 0℃-80℃ range, preventing line draining and maintaining pump prime.

Stems and guide bushings for large sizes like 10-inch are CNC-machined within 0.05mm tolerances to ensure perfect alignment and prevent disc sticking underwater.
