Featuring a resilient seated wedge and an epoxy-coated ductile iron body, it provides reliable shut-off performance, high corrosion resistance, and an extended service life in direct-burial installations.

Available in multiple sizes and pressure ratings, all valves can be supplied in strict accordance with EN, BS, and AWWA standards.

WRAS and CE approved EPDM wedge delivers reliable Class A bubble-tight sealing with reduced operating torque for deep-bury operations.

 

Full-bore design with a smooth, groove-free bottom prevents sediment accumulation and minimizes pipeline pressure drop.

 

Heavy-duty internal and external Fusion Bonded Epoxy (FBE) coating, applied at a minimum thickness of 250 microns, isolates the ductile iron from aggressive soil chemistry.

 

Triple O-ring stem seals prevent external groundwater infiltration and allow for seal replacement under full line pressure.

 

Ductile iron GGG50 construction complies with EN 1074-2 and AWWA C515 standards to reliably withstand underground structural loads.

Q: What is the opening direction of the valve (Clockwise to Open or Clockwise to Close)?

A: We can supply both directions based on your local pipeline standard. We offer Clockwise to Close (CTC) as standard for European markets and can custom-manufacture Clockwise to Open (CTO) configurations strictly according to your specific AWWA project specifications.
