Quality Assurance & Testing
Pressure Test
Every valve is hydrostatically tested before coating and shipment (Shell test at 2.4 MPa, Seat test at 1.76 MPa) in accordance with ISO 5208.
Coating Inspection
We test the epoxy coating thickness using digital gauges to ensure it meets the minimum requirement of 250 microns, preventing pinholes and early corrosion.
Traceable Heat Numbers
Each ductile iron body casting is stamped with a heat number for raw material batch traceability.
