PVC Fire Hose

PVC FIRE HOSE
Keylion® PVC fire hose is built to deliver reliable water delivery for municipal fire services, industrial workshops and general emergency safety scenarios.
• Superior Durability: The outer shell is tightly woven from heavy‑duty polyester filament. This tough construction can handle constant surface wear, long‑term natural aging and unpredictable harsh outdoor weather throughout the year.
• High Pressure Performance: Tailored for real‑world firefighting operations, it supports working pressure from 8 to 16 bar with dependable burst‑pressure safety margin. It fits perfectly for urban fire stations and factory‑level fire‑safety setups.
• Lightweight & Flexible: Far lighter than conventional solid‑rubber fire hoses, it stays pliable even in cold surroundings. Field staff can unroll it quickly during emergencies and fold it away for neat, compact storage afterwards.
• Corrosion Resistance: The seamless PVC inner liner offers strong defense against chemical spills, oil residue and mildew buildup. This protective trait slows down internal deterioration and effectively extends the hose's working lifespan.
• Ready‑to‑Use Couplings: We pre‑fit each unit with sturdy metal couplings covering NH and Storz styles. They fasten securely to fire hydrants and water pumps, forming tight, leak‑proof joints during on‑site deployment.

Installation & Maintenance
Proper fitting and regular daily care will keep your fire hose in good working order for years, so it can deliver stable performance when sudden fire incidents take place.
• Before fitting: Spend a moment checking the polyester outer jacket and PVC inner liner for any rips, splits or worn‑down spots. Clear dust and tiny debris off coupling threads; this small step helps you avoid water leaks and unstable connections once you turn on the water supply.
• Fitting the hose: Line up hose ends with fire hydrants or spray nozzles carefully before you fasten them. Tighten connectors by hand until secure, but do not over‑twist. Too much force will damage threading and cause leaks under actual working pressure.
• After‑use care: Drain all trapped water fully after every use. Wipe mud, grease and chemical residues off the surface, then hang the hose in a cool, well‑ventilated spot to air‑dry naturally.
• Storage and routine checks: Keep fire hoses away from direct sunlight and hot areas. Avoid tight long‑term folds, as sharp creases can deform the soft PVC lining. Inspect outer‑layer wear, lining aging and loose couplings every 3‑6 months to ensure dependable emergency use.
